Delivery Information
How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days and then dispatched for delivery. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, resulting in an overall estimated delivery window of 4–9 working days.
Tracking details are sent by email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Do you charge for shipping?
No. All orders delivered within Ireland and the United Kingdom are shipped free of charge. The price you see at checkout is the final price.
Which countries do you deliver to?
At this time, Izla Collective delivers exclusively to addresses within Ireland and the UK.
What happens if my order is late?
Although delays are uncommon, they can occasionally occur due to external factors such as courier disruptions or high order volumes. If your delivery appears delayed, please contact info@izla-collective.com and we’ll look into it for you.
Returns & Aftercare
Can I send an item back if it’s not right for me?
Yes. If your purchase doesn’t suit you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item remains unused and is returned with all original packaging.
Are there any restocking fees?
No. We do not apply restocking fees to returned items.
How do I request a return?
Simply email info@izla-collective.com with your order number. Our team will provide the next steps.
Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and we strongly recommend using a tracked service.
Can I exchange instead of receiving a refund?
If you’d prefer an exchange, let us know when you contact us. We’ll help you choose an alternative style, subject to availability.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after your return has been received and checked. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a little longer for the funds to appear in your account.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If there’s an issue with your order on arrival, please email us with a photo and short explanation. We’ll resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
