Deadline for Return

You have 30 days from the delivery of your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging included.
At Izla Collective, we never charge restocking fees: what you see is what you get, and that applies to our returns policy as well.

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure your package arrives safely.

Changes and Replacements

Would you prefer to exchange one item for another?
Simply mention it when contacting us and we'll help you find the perfect option for you and recommend a few different outfits.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days .

Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few additional days to process and reflect the transaction.
